Sealed bids for the “New Gulfport High School Baseball and Softball Spectator Stands” for the Gulfport School District, will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Gulfport School District at the Gulfport School District Administration Building, 2001 Pass Road, Gulfport, Mississippi until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud.
Single stipulated sum bids will be received for all work required by the Contract Documents in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is LPK Architects, P.A., 2208 18th St., Suite D, Gulfport, MS 39501, (228) 265-7980. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents by appointment at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday (between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.). Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office as described below.
Bidding documents are being made available via paper copy or digital copy at the plan holder’s expense. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for an account at www.lpkplanroom.com to view and order Bidding Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The cost for the bidding documents is non-refundable and must be purchased through the website.
